Introduction

My focus is helping clients experience an improved sense of well-being and better health. Long before I entered the Healthcare industry, I knew that my highest ambition would be to serve humanity in the best way that I can.

I have been practicing the ancient art and modern science of therapeutic massage and related therapies since. My practice incorporates a wide variety of modalities and philosophies. My studies include formal training in a number of therapeutic disciplines, and personal explorations of various techniques and theories.
