Long before I entered the field of massage, I knew that my highest ambition in life would be to serve humanity.

My focus is on helping clients to experience an improved sense of well-being and better health utilizing a mind-body approach to massage. I have worked diligently to understand the foundations of massage and to remain current on new discoveries. In addition, my extensive knowledge of primary and secondary injury, anatomy, physiology and tissue quality allow me to adapt each technique to the client's immediate need.

My training in and practice of the ancient art and modern science of massage therapy includes but is not limited to: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral, Non-Specific Stretching and Core Synchronism.

Each massage provides immeasurable opportunities to improve the quality of my touch and deliver ever better results to my clients. It has been my privilege to study at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics and the Neuromuscular Therapy Center of New Mexico. I graduated Salutatorian of The European Massage Therapy Institute of San Antonio, Texas. I am credentialed with most insurance companies and The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I have worked in a wide range of settings over the past 18 years.

Currently, I provide massage at Healthquest by appointment Mon- Sat.
I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover as well as L & I, PIP; auto injury claims and most insurances.
